About us
Cyber Security Foundation is the first non-profit foundation in the cyber world in Italy.
The first act marking the beginning of the Foundation’s history is the press conference on January 16th, 2022, held at the Chamber of Deputies, in which Marco Gabriele Proietti sets up a “think tank”, a worktable during which public and private could interact.
On July 28th, 2022, with a notary deed, Marco Gabriele Proietti, expert in Institutional relations of the cyber world, establishes the Cyber Security Italy Foundation which is officially introduced with a press conference to the Chamber of Deputies on January 26th, 2023.
Born to deepen and spread the culture of IT security, it puts together on a single platform scholars, technicians, researchers, passionate people, and experts working in the cyber field and specialists in cyber intelligence topics.
The Foundation
- promotes, plans, organizes, manages, and provides professional and guidance trainings dedicated to public institutions in collaboration with public and private universities;
- promotes, plans, organizes training interventions for trainers and high-quality interventions in subjects related to the social and educational purpose;
- Has created two technical scientific committees and an Advisory Board.
