The #cybersecurity,’ he explained, ‘is something that concerns all of us, our modern living, digital and otherwise: in 2022 compared to 2021, there were 169% more attacks aimed at Italy. This data tells us a lot about how the cyber threat is moving. On a global scale it accounts for about 7.6% of global attacks, compared to the GDP ratio, 2.2% on the Italian scale, or the population, 0.75%, it is extremely interesting to note how there is a particular focus on Italy by those who move in the cyber space with hostile purposes, whether opportunistic or otherwise.
